I originally left a review after my first visit that was mixed. I had very positive things to say about the hygienist, who was thorough, professional, and very pleasant, as well as the office manager, who was kind and helpful. I also mentioned some concerns with the office itself, including the condition of the dental chairs, the office software repeatedly crashing, and being charged a credit card processing surcharge that I was not made aware of beforehand. Despite those concerns, I ultimately removed my previous review because I wanted to give the practice the benefit of the doubt and hoped my experience with the company would improve. Unfortunately, my concerns have continued. I was referred to a specialist, but after receiving a significant amount of negative feedback from former patients about that particular specialist, I decided to schedule with a different doctor. I signed a release form so my records could be sent to the doctor I chose, but I have yet to receive my records or any meaningful correspondence regarding the request. I have repeatedly tried to contact the corporate office, which apparently handles sending out patient records, but I have been unable to get an

Knew to Coast. Went due to insurance. I have been very impressed with the team at the Pasadena office. I knew I had a few problems and they mapped out a plan and associated costs. Naira is the best hygienist i have ever been to. She explained everything she was going to do re deep cleaning and was patient and focused on my wellbeing throughout the procedure. Highly recommend.

This was the worse experience I have ever had with this office. I was left in room after injection was given and waiting to have the work for the crown started. I waited while the dentist went to work on another patient. Said he would be right back and needed to give that new patient an injection. I waited over a hour and got out of chair and asked dental assistant when the Dentist was coming back. He was pleasant but he really appear to know what to say. He seemed apologetic but didn't seem to know what to say. I went back to the dental chair and waited a very long time and no one came to say anything to me and even check on me to see how I was doing. I got up again and went to front desk asked what is going on. I told her, (office mgr.) my appt. was for 11:00 and it was after 12:45. I waited another 1/2 hr and went up there again. I felt like I was being abused I told her. She was very snippy to me said they were doing their best. I asked if there was an emergency going on or was the appointments overbooked. It certainly appeared it was overbooked but when I asked if it was an emergency, I was told Yes. I don't believe that as they should have told me way before

Terrible. My appointment was for 2 pm, I wasn't seen until almost 2:45. Then I got a bunch of x-rays done (took over 20 minutes! gave me a bad headache) and was told to wait in a room for the main dentist. I waited 30 minutes and then left because with my schedule, I couldn't stay any longer. All of the equipment is ancient, the floors and walls were disgustingly dirty (photo below), and they blared hip hop music from the speakers. The rooms have no doors, so there is no privacy; you can hear the conversations of patients next to you. Horrible, extremely unprofessional experience. Brittany at the front desk was nice and helpful though.

Had my first appointment today to establish care and I was blown away by this office! Everyone was very kind, caring and understanding of my nerves. They were transparent every step, extremely thorough, and made sure I understood everything. I have never had a dentist/team create and walk through an entire dental treatment plan for me. They also broke down the cost of every service, even those I may not end up needing, to make sure I was not surprised by anything down the road. I am so glad I selected this office for my dental needs!
